Our 4 & 5 year olds painted this tree with their handprints!  This tree will hold all the birds we make during our bird study.  Tomorrow we will learn all about robins!  NOTE: TOMORROW WE WILL DISMISS AT 2PM TO MAKE UP SNOW DAY HOURS.  BRING A LUNCH!

Ark 2 is proud to announce that Deb Kolb retired Kindergarten teacher will teach our Tuesday Thursday Pre-K Plus for children who miss the kindergarten cut off date, and who want to attend 5 days a week!  The children in this class will attend Pre-K Pre-K Plus Monday Wednesday and Friday with Miss Debbie and Miss Amber, and Tuesday and Thursday with Deb Kolb.  PLEASE NOTE: There are only 5 openings remaining in the Pre-K Pre-K Plus class, so if you are interested please call us a soon as possible 570 992-4950.

Ark 2 Preschool Trike-a-Thon was held Thursday and Friday for the children of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Our Enrichment class built roads today with all different kind of blocks.  The instructions were that all the roads needed to connect.  They did a terrific job!  They had time to drive little cars on the roads.  During our closing circle, we talked about what was easy about building roads, and what was hard about building roads.  They all agreed it was fun!

Our Enrichment Class finished the painting of our dinosaur today!  Tomorrow he will get his eyes!  The boys and girls voted on a name, and the name Rainbow won with 8 votes!  We welcome Rainbow to our class!

Our three year olds are loving the TRANSPORTATION unit at Ark 2 Preschool.  Great job Miss Amber and Miss Jessica!  We are enrolling for the fall.  This class will take 16 children.  Once the 16 spots are filled, we will start a waiting list.  Call us at 570 992-4950 if you would like to take a tour of our precious preschool.  

At Ark 2 Preschool we take time for free play!  Free Play means time to do what you want to do!  Great things happen in Free Play time!
