Ark 2 Preschool is overseen by the Ark 2 Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly with specific committees meeting when deemed necessary. The purpose of the board is to assure that Ark 2 upholds their role as a ministry of Christ Hamilton United Lutheran Church and provides a stimulating Christian environment for the children it serves.
The Ark 2 Board of Directors consists of an executive board comprised of an elected chairperson, a recording secretary, a treasurer, and at least one elected member from the church congregation. The Ark 2 Office Administrator is also a member of the executive board. Teachers and one appointed Parent Representative from each of the Ark 2 classes are non-executive members of the Board of Directors.
